** PhD students must provide official proof of enrolment when registering.

Cancellation Policy
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Cancellations received before February 1, 2027 will be refunded, less a 50 EUR administrative fee.
- Cancellations received on or after February 1, 2027 are non-refundable.
